We have purposely grown small companies that have an extreme sense of purpose and that work together as natural partnerships.  That culture is ingrained into all of our organizations with the practice implemented all the way down to how our customer contact centers are organized.  Each organization is  centered around their purpose which allows for better speed, decision making, and focus.   Being a fairly young company we are limited in any "bad habits" and have the ability to support the growth of our next generation of doers and leaders.
